Nendoroid Fun

I took some pictures of my nendoroids and nendoroid petits awhile ago but haven’t really posted them, so here they are

There’s a few nendoroid petits in the very front which are. Suzumiya Haruhi, L and Yuki Nagato. There’s also little Danbo in the far right XD

This is my regular size nendoroid family, all 15 of them and I’m sure that number will grow in time. As for the puchis, I only have a few of them out because if I had all of them out….there would be an army of them since I have a few sets so there’s quite a number of them there.

I’ll have to take a picture of my figmas and probably my shinkis later on too. Seems like that my figures are getting neglected….well for camera time that is but I do look at my figures everyday since they’re just on the shelf that’s right beside me.

Toronto Otaku Meet up Feb. 20, 2010

Went to my first Otaku meet up yesterday and I have to say that it wasn’t what I expected yet it was still somewhat fun. Most of us met up at Indigo in Eaton Center around the Manga section, I thought I was late but apparently I wasn’t too too late yay ^^ Fran was there at 11:30am >.< sooo early we got there around 12:45ish.  Around 1pm we all headed to the Korean BBQ place to eat, then some other people started showing up. Some of the guys were playing on their DS and a few others were playing on their PSP, we ended up talking and eating till 4pm (WOW) Then we went to 2 anime stores to look around then grabbed a drink then went home. I was being good today and didn’t get anything XD although I did want to get the lucky star cosply miku kagami but I’ll wait. I guess what I was expecting was to see other people’s figures too since it was mentioned in the post to bring your figures and cameras, so I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get to see much, just people playing on their DS or their PSP. I saw a few of Fran’s figures and saw 2 girls brought their nendoroirds with them, a Miku Hatune and Al Azif. Fran saw my set of vocaloid puchis and just loved them, I’m thinking of putting strips on puchi Miku’s pantsu like what Kodomut did on his. There was a total of probably 16-17 people that showed up and I remember a few but most of the others I really can’t remember since there was just such a large group of people, maybe next time I’ll know a few more. I would like to go to another one but I do want to see other’s figures…just have to wait and see =p

FF XIII Lightning

I finally got my Lightning figure, the first shipment was sold out really fast and I was sad that I didn’t get to get her. Then later on there was another shipment so I pre-ordered her right away ^^ I haven’t been this excited for a Final Fantasy game ever since FF7. FFXIII is going to be the first FF for PS3 and just looking at all the videos that are out there of this game, game play and actual videos are just AWESOME!!! I remember reading somewhere that said that Lightning was suppose to be a female version of Cloud, but I think she looks more like a female version of Squall. Can’t wait for the international version to come out in March.

Well…its getting close to Valentines Day, I though I’ll do a picture before then. Seems like both Danbo mini and Toro wants to show their affection towards Saber Lily.

Nendoroid Drossel

I got my new Nendoroid Drossel and she’s pretty cool, I love the fact that her eyes light up XD they’re pretty bright at night or in any dark places and she comes with a lot of head accessories. I had quite a lot of fun posing her and using the accessories that she came with, although the rocket one is pretty heavy but its just so cool. The rockets actually has a button inside where you press it and the actual rockets spring out… I thought that was one of the coolest things on her XD

So…..Christmas is around the corner and I thought I would make a little photo story with my little girls, since I haven’t really taken much pictures of them or much stories at all. I thought they deserve some camera time, I had quite a lot of fun making this little story, I also recently got another girl join the nendoroid family so wanted to introduce her.
